Refund Policy

Aura purchases are final in most cases, since Aura is applied to the leaderboard immediately.

When we do refund

Unauthorized card use, duplicate charges, and clear technical errors are eligible for a refund. Contact support with your payment details.

Aura granted from a refunded payment is removed from the recipient's total as an audited admin adjustment, and their rank is recalculated.
